    FASTSIGNS #17501 is hiring for a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team!

    This is a hourly position, plus up to 10% gross sales commissions on new leads and prospects that you source and then convert into a sale!

Develop and implement agreed upon Sales and Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Work with the center’s management and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

    Key Performance Areas:

    First point of contact for walk-in, email, e-commerce, and telephone contacts.

    Consultatively make recommendations and sell products to customers using brand standards.

    Follow-up on new leads and converting prospects through qualification questions and related processes.

    Develop and maintain lists of prospects for the sales team at large.

    Prepare estimates and provide regular updates to customers.

    A Successful FASTSIGNS Inside Sales Representative will:

    Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center.

    Follow up with inbound inquires from customers and potential customers.

    Make "cold calls" to businesses to earn an opportunity to bid new sign jobs.

    Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

    Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

    Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business.

    Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

    Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Inside Sales Representative:

    2-3 years of retail sales experience preferred

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

    Great listening and organization skills

    Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)

    Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)

    Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
