    FASTSIGNS #17501 is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative with past experience and success in the commercial sign industry to join our team!     This position is an exempt role with a $40K base, plus 10% gross commissions which are uncapped (e.g., if you sold $1,000,000 in one year, you would earn $140,000.)

    This role is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through closing the customer. Develop and implement agreed upon Sales and Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Work with the center’s management and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation, in line with company vision and values.

    Position Requirements We are looking for a successful salesperson with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the commercial sign industry with a proven track record of prospecting for new business through closing a high level of sales timely and with a passion for exceptional customer care. Our expectation for this role is a monthly sales quota of $25K by the third month after hiring, with expectations of hitting $50K each month by the end of your first 12 months.

    Responsibilities

    Develop annual sales plan with leadership, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the position on meeting or exceeding sales quota.

    Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.

    Consultatively sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand Standards.

    Identify sales prospects and create introduction and follow-up touches.

    Develop and maintain our Hubspot CRM database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.

    Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and field activity.

    Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e., Work Order, credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, delinquent account collection, reporting).

    Prepare presentations, estimates and sales contracts; maintain customer touch throughout the sales process.

    Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals for weekly sales meetings.

    Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

    Carry out market research and identify prospective targets.

    Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.

    Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Outside Sales Team member:

    Bachelor's degree in sales or equivalent desired.

    3-5 years' prior sales success in commercial sign industry required.

    Prior B2B consultative sales experience required
