    A Successful FASTSIGNS Office Assistant Customer Service Representative will:

    Answer phones and take messages and direct clients to appropriate team member

    Respond to emails

    Manage mail correspondence

    Greet clients and visitors in the center

    Assist with invoicing

    Perform data entry and filing tasks

    Manage inventory of office supplies

    Perform other clerical tasks as needed

    Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:

    High school diploma or GED certificate

    Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred

    Administrative or clerical experience preferred

    Experience with Google apps and GSuite

    Experience with Quickbooks software a plus

    Computer proficiency

    Organizational and time management skills

    Basic math skills

    Calm and professional appearance

    Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships

    Great listening and organization skills

    Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)

    Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)

    Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
