POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for customer service and inside sales activities from lead generation through the project management process. Work with center management and support teams to exceed customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow up on customer request for consultation and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and email activity.

Cross train to learn marketing, sign production, graphic design, and installation.

Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail and email.

Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.

Prepare estimates and properly follow-up to close the sale.

Follow-up with customers on order status and changes the production schedule.

Maintain an attractive retail environment (clean, organized and functional).

Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes..

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in marketing events such as open house(s) and telemarketing programs.

Assist in collection of account receivables.

Coordinate shipping schedules, raw material orders, and scheduling installations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office and a light manufacturing environment. Report to Franchisee or center manager. Fast paced, fun, and dynamic environment.
