FASTSIGNS is looking for an energetic, highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team of 4 FASTSIGNS Centers (Bloomington, Inver Grove Heights, St Paul and White Bear Lake). This is a great opportunity for a creative problem solver with an interest in effective visual communications, who is willing to put in the time and effort to create a highly profitable career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

BENEFITS:

1st year - a new salesperson can expect to make $50k to $65k

2nd year - a successful salesperson can expect to make $65k to $80k

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate new business by phone prospecting, networking, gaining referrals, and cold calling.

Use imagination and skills to solve visual communication challenges.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Work alongside a close knit team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Execute a consultative sales approach and use FASTSIGNS sales tools to service and meet customer need.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Possess persistence and patience while you build a book of business
