Customer Service Representative (CSR), Visual Communications Specialist (VCS), Inside Sales AssociateFASTSIGNS of NORTHEAST PHILLY is looking for an energetic individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close sales through a consultative approach. FastSigns in a national franchise leader in designing, producing, and installing signs and other visual communications.Our ideal candidate is a detail oriented, outgoing, focused, and motivated PEOPLE-PERSON with excellent listening skills who can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. You will be responsible for sales-related and project coordination activities within our FASTSIGNS center and will serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins, emails, and telephone customers. Responsibilities and Duties
The CSR consults and makes recommendations to prospects and clients on various FASTSIGNS solutions
Follows up on new client leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activity
Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers
Prepares estimates and establishes/maintains estimate follow up procedures
Communicates with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule
Executes a variety of marketing functions, including database mailings, thank you cards, press releases, etc.
Helps as needed with reports, closeout, invoices, and required paperwork
Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues
Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Assist in sign production as needed
Perform marketing activities to support sales: Create Facebook and Instagram posts, Oversee E-mail campaigns, Respond to customer reviews
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year in retail or inside sales with excellent customer service experience
Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues
Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
Proficient computer and internet skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills--accurate spelling is essential
Mastery of basic math skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
