    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Answer email and phones to assist clients with their requests

    Create electronic estimates and invoices

    Help the sales team with preparing estimates and contacting vendors

    Maintain store appearance

    Coordinate with all departments to ensure orders are scheduled and on time

    Contact vendors as needed

    Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

    Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various FASTSIGNS products

    Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activity

    Prepare estimates and establish/maintain estimate follow-up procedures

    Communicate with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule

    Execute a variety of marketing functions, including database mailings, thank you cards, press releases, etc.

    Help as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork

    Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues

    Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments

    Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

    QUALIFICATIONS

    High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred

    Previous service business experience desired

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Proficient computer and internet skills

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to carry a business conversation with customers

    Good composition and writing skills, including proof-reading/editing skills

    Basic math skills

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    Ability to take direction

    Familiarity with Graphic Design a plus

    Ability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment

    Comfortable working with multiple software programs to include: G-Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and point of sale system
