The first point of contact with a client (phone email or walk-in)

Learn the products and procedures of sign making.

Learn the online point of sale software.

Create estimates. Convert estimates to orders.

Follow up on the estimates/ proofs.

Make calls to past dormant clients. NO COLD CALLS

Help in other areas when needed.
