As an Installer, you’ll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it - in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary. In fact, most of your days will be spent moving, lifting and building for a wide variety of sign installations. What You’ll Do

Install a variety of non-electrical signs and graphics on-site at client locations which can include the following:

Adhesive vinyl graphics for walls, windows and vehicles

Privacy films

Stud or adhesive mounted lettering and graphics

Ceiling mounted signs and graphics

Ladder height mounted signs and graphics

Safely use a variety of power tools and hand tools

Drive to and from client sites

Identify appropriate hardware and any other material needed for out of the ordinary surfaces

Take good photos of before and after installations

Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments

Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

Must possess a willingness to assist in other departments (production, install) as needed

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day (and know when to ask for assistance)

What You’ll Bring

Experience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projects

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient computer and internet skills, including Google Suite (preferred)

Proficient math skills (ex. square footage of an area, percentages)

Experience resolving customer satisfaction issues

Valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
