As the Center Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day to day operations and performance of the company. You will use your skills and experience to manage store operations, drive sales, and build an effective team. MUST be a problem solver!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruits, hires, trains, motivates, reviews, schedules, coaches, and terminates employees
Resolves personnel disputes and related problems privately and in a timely manner
Evaluates and maximizes quality customer service and customer satisfaction
Develops and implements store marketing programs
Develops and manages in-center direct marketing, which includes managing database accuracy and efficiency
Manages the inventory purchasing process
Ensures store maintenance including cleanliness, safety, and organization
Resolves customer satisfaction issues
Monitors center opening and closing procedures (if not actually opening or closing the center, reviews what an employee has done)
Completes reports as necessary (i.e., daily and weekly sales reports, daily closing, royalties due, direct marketing response tracking, etc.)
Monitors overall center finances (P&L accountability, WIP Summary, etc.) and Key Performance Indicators
Performs other duties as assigned
Visit clients on a regular basis to increase sales
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
Understanding of and experience in the signage industry is required
Supervisory/management experience is a must
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Must be able to deal with a variety of emotions when making business decisions, which requires emotional maturity and stability
Must be able to handle several projects concurrently using the full range of resources available
Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and resolve complex communication issues in a calm manner
Must be able to communicate and provide verbal feedback in a professional manner
