Expanding sign company seeks Inside / Outside Sales Consultant to take us to the next level in sales volume and professionalism!

We currently have three locations in Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown.

We are seeking candidates who have previous experience in Signage and Print backgrounds at this time. We have also successfully positioned previous sign designers, graphic designers, sign installers and sign production folks in sales and they have been very successful.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in Sign sales or Print Design
• Experience in Sign Design, Graphic Design, Sign Installation or Sign Production is highly preferred.
• Hard Working
• Multi Tasker
• Customer Service Skills
• Familiarity with CMS's such as Corebridge is highly preferred!
• Sales Experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, E-commerce, and telephone customers.
• Consultative sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand Standards.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these customers
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, and email activity.
• Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
• Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project
• Communicate with customers on order status and changes the production schedule.
• Execute a variety of marketing functions
• Maintain an attractive retail environment (clean, organized, and functional).
• Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals for weekly sales meetings. Participate in center staff and sales meetings.
• Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
• Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
