Faviana is seeking an Operations Coordinator to add to our team!

The Operations Coordinator  will play a key role in collaborating with sales, IT, production, shipping, finance and marketing.  This position will require a candidate with strong organizational skills as daily tasks will encompass a wide range of sales and operations functions. The ideal candidate will also facilitate effective communication while developing and maintaining operational procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Sales Team in all aspects of account management through phone support, email and showroom assistance.
• Educate and empower retailers through providing product knowledge, delivery dates and information on bestselling styles.
• Represent our brand voice through all forms of correspondence.
• Provide operational support on a daily basis for special projects and events.
• First in line to answer a high volume of retailer inquiries.
• Build sustainable relationships with accounts through interactive communication.
• Accountable for order processing and fulfillment through our ERP system.
• Reviews open sales order reports to ensure wear dates are met.
• Coordinates international shipments for UK and Canada.

Qualifications

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics & wholesale
• Customer service focused 
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience using ERP or CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Energized phone presence
• Team player who resonates with our mission
