    Job Description

    Our US office located in Los Angeles handles business relationships in North America, supplying product to major retailers from 1 US manufacturing facility and 2 additional warehousing facilities across the United States. With the rapid growth of business, we are looking to hire a Sales coordinator who’s going to handle below responsibilities:

    1. Assist current & new domestic customers’ items development including sample preparations, filling out new item & new vendor setup form, managing artwork and packaging design & approval process;

    2. Assist sales team with meeting preparation including sample arrangement and presentation preparations;

    3. Support sales team with customer service such as providing item images and related marketing materials;

    4. Pull various reports such as POS, defectives etc. with customers.

    5. General administrative support: customer related report building.

     

    Qualification:

    1. Minimum of 1-3 year of sales support or retailer management.

    2. Bachelor degree or related work experience is acceptable.

    3. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

    4. Strong organization and multitasking skills.

    5. Ability to support multiple individuals with different roles and management

    6. Advanced Microsoft Office suite experience. Ability to use Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint at advance level.
