POSITION PURPOSE
The Warehouse CSR role is responsible for the overall workflow of warehouse order processing and procedures. This role is responsible for ensuring Trading Partners accounts are handled effectively as it relates to capturing orders via ERP and ensuring orders ship timely via carrier routing portals. This includes the processing flow for daily orders, communication of work instructions to the team, providing problem solving support and resolutions, warehouse data entry and invoicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS
Route orders via retailer portal or via email and schedule pick carrier pick up.
Relays work instructions to the floor.
Processes and complete all assigned work.
Help associates with problem resolutions pertaining to orders.
Understanding & compliant of Trading Partner routing guides.
A-Z outbound order processing.
Label creation & BOL’s.
Trading partner timely invoicing via ERP
QUALIFICATIONS
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use and understand software applications.
Big Box retailer experience in routing via retail portals such as;
Target - Partners OnLine
Home Depot
Big Lots
etc
Accurate keying skills.
Experience in MS Office Excel, Word and Internet Explorer.
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
Detail oriented.
Experience with EDI for inbound and out bound order processing
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
PREFERENCES
High School Education or Equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Ability to speak both English and Spanish preferred.
