    Job Description

    Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced digital creative/creator who loves the internet and pop culture as much as we do. Someone who is capable and interested in cultivating and entertaining our audience and community. Creating content for them that speaks to their interests and encourages engagement. This position reports to the Manager, Social Media & Community and works closely with the creative, production, and post production team members. This role is full time, remote during the pandemic with possibility of remaining remote for the majority of the work week but with some in-office work required. Applicants must be Los Angeles based and able to visit our studios in Burbank. A Good Fit Will Be:

    Role:

    • Works with internal teams to prepare and stick to an episode/series budgets, works with team to report financials appropriately 
    • Appearing in live streams and other community videos, participating in games and other community events (virtually during COVID, in person as needed post-COVID)  
    • Editing community-focused short form content, social assets, and marketing assets, ensuring quality 
    • Pitching and developing community concepts, executing them with the Community Associate Producer and Manager
    • Help maintain the marketing and community asset pipeline - working closely with post production
    • Maintaining and creating schedules and communicating with team members to set expectations and deliveries
    • Collaborating in regular creative pitch, development & strategy sessions as your Manager deems necessary to ensure tone and voice of work aligns with FBE’s as well as adheres to platform standards and practices
    • Reviewing and digesting episode/series analytics to understand how to shape and improve future potential creative
    • Communicate with points of contact, as well as asking for assistance and guidance
    • Maintaining department documentation and communicating changes to all relevant team members

    Experience: 

    • Experience in creating digital content is a must (please share your body of work/website)
    • 2+ Years of video editing experience
    • Experience physically writing, directing, and/or producing content - understanding of how budgets meet creative ideas 
    • Strong working knowledge of social platforms (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok etc.)
    • Strong awareness of YouTube & internet culture, memes, vernacular, pop culture etc.
    • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Full grasp of adobe premiere and photoshop - after effects is a plus  
    • Strong administrative skills and familiarity with all G Suite Applications - working knowledge of Slack, and Frame.io are a plus
    • Ability to ensure all deadlines are met appropriately, and that communication flows freely
