    ABOUT FCFCP

We are a boutique financial management consulting firm to small businesses, focused on growing and deepening quality relationships instead of volume.

We’re firm believers that constant change is the key to a growing business and we fully embrace change in all its forms: Technology, Regulatory, Economic, Social.

We see ourselves as the anti-establishment CFO, Accounting, Tax, and Financial Services firm of the future. We’re the new kid on the very old block but we’re scrappy, hard-working, and know that we can deliver business financial services better than the establishment by leading with technology, great people, and building a track-record of financially healthy small businesses.

We’re business-focused, virtual and paperless. We have our eyes set on growth while remaining lean and agile.

Some core values that we best identify with are:

    • Standing by a set of principles that honor our clients’ trust in us to execute with accuracy, diligence, and respect.

    • Principles are not buzzwords or sound-bytes to us, they’re a guideline for who we are as a company and what each of us should strive to embody to best represent FCF Consulting Partners as we continue to grow so that we don’t lose sight of where we’ve come from when we get to where we’re going. Similar to the principles bestowed upon us by our families growing up.

    • Honesty & integrity are highly valued character traits in the world of financial services, and we seek to act with honesty and integrity with everything that we do in the best interest of our clients, so as to ensure that they’re always reminded why they’ve chosen FCF Consulting Partners as a financial partner to their business.

Our mission is to help small business owners that have experienced some business growth and success see their business from a different perspective, providing genuine strategic advisory to achieve the ultimate goal that many business owners fail to realize they should be striving to attain: business equity. This is similar to how individuals seek to build their personal net-worth (usually through home equity). We’re not simply committed to building profitable businesses but literally, valuable businesses.
