The FCF Kids Coordinator role exists to strengthen and support both Nursery and FCF Kids by developing leaders, building relationships with families, and creating environments where kids can know and follow Jesus.

This role is not just about managing tasks, it is about taking ownership of a ministry. The KC should see these environments as their responsibility to steward, lead, and continually improve. This role works closely with the Next-Generation Pastor, Will McBride, and the Family Coordinator, Abby Nicholas, to build healthy, intentional, and lasting ministry within our families at FCF Springville.
