JOB SUMMARY

The DC Outbound Associate at FCP Euro is responsible for performing all basic Distribution Center functions at the required pace as well as meeting all operational expectations and timelines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to customer order selection, outbound shipment processing packing and scanning shipments. This is a fast paced, “Team First” environment which requires attention to detail, time management and a service orientation to ensure success.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Accurate and Efficient selection of customer orders
• Accurate and Efficient pack / ship of customer orders
• Organization and Cleanliness of Distribution Center work areas
• Meeting or Exceeding Individual and Departmental KPI’s
• Cross departmental assistance
• Developing Healthy Cross Departmental Collaboration and Relations

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Prior order selection experience
• Prior pack and ship experience
• Forklift / Powered equipment experience
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs
• Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time
• Automotive product knowledge
• Ability to use hand held scanners for picking process
• Reliable and timely
• Team mentality

MUST HAVES

Positive attitude and desire to work as a team to achieve daily goals.

COMPENSATION

$15 - $18 / hr depending on experience
