Job Description
** Job Function:**
The North America FCS Division is seeking a highly analytical, strategic thinker to join our team as a Strategy & Insights Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with systems/platforms like SAP, CRM, and Project Management tools to analyze data, transform it into action, and identifying business trends or process discrepancies.
As the strategic right hand to our Divisional Director, you’ll extract insights from CRM, sales enablement tools, and sales activity data to uncover trends, spotlight growth opportunities, and highlight gaps in workflows and system usage. Your work will directly influence how we make smarter and faster business decisions.

** Responsibilities and Objectives:**
Data Monitoring & Reporting:
Extract, clean, and analyze marketing and sales performance data from Aurea CRM, SAP, Eloqua, Show pad and other tools. Build reports and dashboards to support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc business reviews.
Insight Generation:
Identify key industry trends, sales engagement patterns, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contribution across North America (U.S., Mexico, Canada).
Strategic Analysis:
Investigate key business health indicators (sales, bookings, etc) to identify trends and suggest strategies based on data findings.
Process & System Optimization:
Audit and document usage gaps or inefficiencies within marketing tools, automation workflows, and CRM processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with regional sales teams and global operations teams to align on KPIs and identify opportunities for improved collaboration and performance.
Competitor & Market Benchmarking:
Analyze competitor marketing behaviors and suggest strategic actions based on performance gaps.
Serve as key Commercial advocate to identify, track, investigate, determine root cause of Supply Chain/order/delivery issues.
Facilitate NA FCS Budgeting process
Track, and communicate the SIP to LDD, Accounting, and HR to allow for accurate quarterly payments to the sales team
Prepare Monthly Divisional NA FCS Reporting - Review/advise/support LDD
Meet regularly with department heads, sales management, LDD, and local SC teams regarding relevant activities.
Provide support in communication with other Stäubli teams (Sales, SC, Finance, Quality, Warehouse, Production Units, and other affiliates) both local and global, as needed.
Support sales team with legal activities relating to customer development (NDA’s, Supplier Agreements, MOUs, as needed).
