    Provides direct support to clients seeking housing stability, employment readiness, and community integration. This role is responsible or coordinating individualized service plans, connecting clients to resources, assisting with job placement and retention and promoting independent living skills as part of the overall AIM CS mission.

    Essential Functions

    Housing Support Duties

    · Conduct housing assessments to identify client needs and barriers.

    · Develop individualized Housing Stability Plans for each client.

    · Assist clients with housing searches, applications, landlord communications, and housing retention strategies.

    · Educate clients on tenant rights, responsibilities, and basic household management.

    · Provide crisis intervention and eviction prevention support as needed.

    · Maintain strong relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and community housing partners.

    Employment Support Duties

    · Conduct employment assessments to identify strengths, skills, and job readiness.

    · Create individualized Employment Development Plans for clients.

    · Assist clients with resume development, job applications, and interview preparation.

    · Provide job retention coaching and ongoing employment support after placement.

    · Build partnerships with local businesses, workforce programs, and vocational agencies.

    · Lead small group workshops on resume building, interviewing, and workplace success.

    Case Management Duties

    · Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records and case notes.

    · Coordinate referrals to mental health services, healthcare providers, education programs, and wellness services.

    · Track client progress on both housing and employment goals using Wellness Action Plans.

    · Attend team meetings, trainings, and case reviews.

    Advocate for clients internally and externally to promote long-term success and independence

    Required Skills & Abilities

    In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and benefits regulations.

    Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.

    Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

    Proficiency in HR software and data management platforms.

    Minimum Qualifications & Education

    · Associate’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (bachelor’s degree preferred).

    · At least 1 year of experience in case management, housing support, employment services, or related fields.

    · Knowledge of housing resources, employment programs, and supportive services in Washington State.

    · Strong organizational, communication, and motivational interviewing skills.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    · Must pass background check and have valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    · Experience working with individuals experiencing housing instability, unemployment, or mental health challenges.

    · Familiarity with Medicaid billing documentation (training provided if needed).

    · Peer Counseling certification or ability to obtain (preferred but not required).

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.

    Ability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed.

    Local driving is a requirement to meet with clients and necessary contacts
