Sandbox Logistics Inc. is growing in the Madison/Huntsville area, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated, safety-focused drivers who are ready to work, earn consistent weekly pay, and become part of a strong team.
As a FedEx Ground Pickup & Delivery Driver, you’ll operate a company-provided FedEx-branded vehicle while delivering and picking up packages for residential and business customers throughout the local area.
No CDL is required. Paid training is provided.
This is a great opportunity for experienced delivery drivers, box-truck drivers, step-van drivers, and other qualified commercial driving professionals looking for a stable full-time position with room to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Safely operate a FedEx Ground-branded step van, box truck, or similar delivery vehicle
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Load, scan, deliver, and pick up packages along an assigned route
Use a company-provided scanner and delivery technology
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Meet FedEx Ground service and delivery standards
Follow all DOT, FedEx Ground, terminal, and company safety requirements
Keep your assigned vehicle clean and immediately report maintenance or safety concerns
Work independently while staying connected with the operations team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want dependable people who take pride in doing the job right.
Qualified applicants must:
Be 21 years of age or older
Have a valid driver’s license
Have 12 months of verifiable driving experience within the past 3 years OR 5 years of experience within the past 10 years in a box truck, step van, delivery vehicle, or similar vehicle
Have an acceptable driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years
Be able to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
Be able to safely handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs. using a dolly or team assistance
Be reliable, punctual, professional, and customer-service focused
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment
SCHEDULE
Monday–Saturday availability Start time: Approximately 7:00 AM until route completion
Weekend and additional availability may be required during peak delivery seasons.
