We are building a strategic talent bench for a high-impact program in partnership with the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management under FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) grant portfolio.

We are now accepting resumes for the following roles:

• Principal Consultant (15+ years)

• Senior Consultant (10+ years)

• Consultant (5+ years)

• Junior Consultant (1–2 years)

• Project Analyst (3+ years)

• Program & Administrative Support (2+ years)

About the Program

The Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) program funds projects that reduce disaster risk. This engagement supports grants management, compliance, and technical assistance for active FEMA grants across Florida. Positions may be remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on assignment.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience with FEMA HMA grants (preferred but not required for junior roles)
  
• Background in emergency management, planning, infrastructure, or public administration
  
• Experience with grants management, mitigation planning, or disaster recovery
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  
• U.S. work authorization and ability to pass a background check
