FF&E Project Manager

Pay: Negotiable; up to $100k (based on experience level)

Description:

• Cannonball Recruiting is seeking an FF&E Project Manager to staff on a complex large furniture move and install in Wilmington, DE.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ FF&E or interior construction PM experience
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and/or Procore
• Strong negotiation, budgeting, and schedule-management skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a client-centric mindset

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules covering planning, design review, product selection, procurement, delivery, installation, and close-out
• Coordinate showroom/factory visits, mock-ups, and product evaluations
• Prepare, distribute, and analyze bid packages; negotiate pricing and discounts
• Manage purchase orders; audit distributor orders against contracts
• Verify site dimensions; coordinate electrical/data layouts
• Oversee warehousing, delivery, installation, and punch-list workflows
• Conduct field inspections to ensure quality and spec compliance
• Produce progress reports, budget tracking, and risk mitigation plans
• Lead stakeholder meetings; proactively resolve conflicts
• Manage change orders and finalize close-out documentation.
