Job Description
AECOM is looking to fill a role for a Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment / Move Manager role in San Bernardino, CA.
Qualifications
** Minimum Experience:**
Preferred Experience:
Five years of full time paid-professional experience managing the facilities design, or the planning and coordination of capital projects that includes the overall design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling activities
Two years of experience with education facilities design, planning and construction
AutoCAD experience.
Space Planning of furniture and equipment.
Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Experience with construction management
Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment and Move Service Procurement
local worker PLAs, prevailing wage / DIR experience, public works projects,
Live near San Bernardino
Graduation from a recognized college or university with an architecture, interior architecture, engineering or construction management degree
Preferred Licenses and Certificates:
A valid Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI)
LEED Professional Accreditation
