WHAT DO WE DO? As insurance agents, we meet with clients who request insurance coverage information and work with them to find the best option to meet their needs. FFL agents are NON CAPTIVE, so that means you are completely independent, 1099 contractors. This allows you to contract with Top A Rated carriers, which means you have more options to help your clients!

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Must possess or be willing to obtain Life & Health Insurance License.
• Legal resident living within the United States.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Proper technology (phone, laptop/tablet) is a must.
• Coachable, actively participate in team training, and willing to grow both personally and professionally.
• Great phone skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Goal and performance driven.
• Self-motivated, and able to work independently as a business owner.
• Okay with local travel, with possibility of two hours or more.
• Positive attitude and commitment to team.
• Commitment to your business to meet both personal and professional goals.
