WHAT DO WE DO? As insurance agents, we meet with clients who request insurance coverage and work with them to find the best option that meets their needs. FAMILY FIRST LIFE agents are NON CAPTIVE, so that means you are completely independent. This allows you to contract with Top A Rated carriers, which means you have more options to help your clients!

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Must possess or be willing to obtain Life & Health Insurance License.
• Legal resident living within the United States.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Proper technology (phone, laptop/tablet) is a must.
• Coachable, positive attitude, and commitment to actively participate in team training.
• Great phone skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Goal and performance driven.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as a business owner.
• Okay with local travel, with possibility of two hours or more.
• Future Virtual sales once agent is experienced in person.
• Commitment to your business to meet both personal and professional goals.
