JOB DESCRIPTION
FFL Winner’s Circle is looking to add a motivated, proactive, and outgoing individual to our team in Pittsburg, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of recruiting experience who is interested in managing all functions associated with the recruiting, screening, and placement of field employees. This new team member will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, enthusiastic multi-tasker. We are a great place to work and we value having a fun workplace culture, so our ideal candidate must have a personable and positive attitude!
Manage the hiring process through sourcing and interviewing candidates, educating them on the role, credentialing, and assisting with the on-boarding of new hires.
Maintain potential candidate pool and working employees in assignments while coordinating retention efforts and extension of assignments. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to all business practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute recruitment goals and objectives
• Execute recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
• Communicate with Vice President
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
• Use multi channel approach to recruit
• Identify key recruiting KPIs
• Execute Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants
