Fruit Growers Laboratory, Inc. (FGL) has been serving agricultural and environmental clients throughout California since 1925. FGL has five (5) laboratories located in Santa Paula, San Luis Obispo, Visalia, Stockton, and Chico. FGL is now searching for an entry level customer service/sample receiving representative for the Santa Paula facility. Duties will include basic computer skills, data entry, and assisting customers, receiving samples/shipments. You will need to be able to move and/or handle heavy packages(<40lbs). General computer literacy, such as working with Windows, typing, scanning, printing, and emailing is required. Candidate must have great customer service/people skills, be able to multi task and be self-motivated. During peak times this position may need to work overtime. This position requires attention to detail and a high comfort level in working under deadlines and shifting priorities. The preferred candidate will be a self-starter who can also work in a team environment. This is a full-time position. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) program.
