We are a busy property management company in Sausalito seeking an Office Assistant / Bookkeeper with the opportunity of growth within the company.
We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks and providing polite and professional assistance. You must be responsive and willing to meet each challenge directly, be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. The ability to juggle multiple projects at once, be highly organized, and have exceptional attention to detail follow through on all tasks is crucial.
You'll be responsible for the completion of all business office tasks. This includes general administration, answering phone checking emails, file keeping, office organization, among other things.
