    Our client, an established Property Management Firm, is hiring Maintenance Technicians to join their growing team. The positions are full-time permanent with great benefits, housing and room for growth.

    Things to know about this role:

    ● Salary range at $40,000-$45,000 base + paid housing + paid training + strong benefits package

    ● Qualified candidates will have some experience with all or some of the following: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance.

    ● Paid housing is included in this position! This role is located in Whitehall, PA (Lehigh Valley). All applicants that do not need on-site housing must live within a 20 minute drive of the property (no exceptions).

    ● Schedule:

    Monday-Friday

    On-call rotation for emergency calls and weekends (up to 2 weekends per month)

    The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property, addressing residents' maintenance requests promptly, and contributing to a safe and pleasant living environment.

    DUTIES:

    ● Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.

    ● Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory.

    ● Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

    ● Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests, addressing issues efficiently and effectively.

    ● Ensure the property meets safety and environmental regulations. ● Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

    ● Conduct preventive maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity of equipment and systems.

    ● Collaborate with property management to prioritize and plan maintenance projects.

    ● Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance issues.

    Requirements

    ● Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in Real Estate, apartment or residential settings.

    ● Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.

    ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. ● Good communication and customer service skills.

    ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    ● Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.

    ● High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

    ● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
