Our manufacturing client is a global leader in their industry. They are seeking an experienced On-Site Quality Engineer to build upon their reputation with an unwavering commitment to meticulous production. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to take our client’s processes and products to the next level of accuracy, security, and safety.
This person will be responsible for supporting Product Development teams and managing Supplier Quality relationships. On a daily basis, the Quality Engineer will work with teams in support of New Product Processes, Certify and Manage Suppliers, Conduct Site Audits on-site at Suppliers locations, and Create QA Plans to ensure consistency of performance for all suppliers. This role requires travel (a few times monthly), and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Things to know about this role:
Salary range is $80,000-$95,000
This is an On-Site position, Monday-Friday in Easton, PA. Candidates who do not live within a commutable distance of Easton, PA must be willing to relocate (with company assistance).

Travel is required for this role, candidates must be able to travel 3-4 times per month.
Objectives of this role
Interpret, build upon, and comply with the company's quality assurance standards for internal and supplier processes
Maintain the complaint, nonconformity, and corrective action procedure using records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables
Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Provide training and support to quality assurance team members, focusing on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related field
ASQ CQE and/or CSSBB certification
3+ years’ experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering
Proficient in the use of MS Office, SolidWorks a plus
Professional certification, such as CSSBB (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt), ASQ CQE (certified quality engineer), or CQA (certified quality auditor) strongly preferred
Superb computer proficiency, including database management
