** Field Operations Assistant**

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay Range: $12 - $17 hr. (Depending on experience)

At Gail’s Horticulture, we create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. Our field crews are the muscle, but they can’t stay moving without a reliable pipeline of supplies. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic Field Operations Assistant to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly.

** What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)**
Your main mission is simple: Keep our crews working by making sure they have what they need, when they need it. * Pickups & Deliveries: Drive a company vehicle to pick up materials like plants, mulch, stone, tools, and hardware from local nurseries and supply yards.
• Site Support: Deliver materials to business location
• Equipment & Fleet Care: Take trucks/mowers for routine maintenance, pick up fuel, and transport broken equipment to the mechanic.
• Shop Organization: Help the plant yard clean, organized and inventoried.
• Ad-Hoc Errands: tackle unexpected tasks that pop up during the day.
What We’re Looking For
• Valid Driver’s License Clean Record: This is a must. You will be driving our company vehicles, so a safe driving history is required.
• Physical Stamina: You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (bags of mulch, heavy tools, trees, etc.) and working in various weather
conditions.
• Punctual Communication-Savvy: You need to be reliable, good with directions/GPS, and responsive via phone/text.
