About the Role:
C P TEK 1 LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team in Florence, SC. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, solving real-world technical challenges and delivering exceptional service to customers. Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and completed work
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and field documentation
Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to prioritize and schedule service calls
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Requirements:
Prior experience in field service, technical repair, or a related hands-on technical role
Strong mechanical, electrical, or systems troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in varying environments and conditions
Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field is a plus
