About Us:

FirstLight Home Care of Monmouth County is dedicated to providing exceptional non-medical home care services to seniors, individuals recovering from illness, and those with disabilities. We are looking for a proactive, compassionate, and organized Field Supervisor to join our leadership team.

Position Summary:

The Field Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high-quality care standards in the field. This position is responsible for starting new cases, performing client assessments and caregiver introductions, and providing field coverage for caregiver call-outs or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure a smooth transition of care

Provide hands-on coverage for caregiver call-outs or emergencies (may include evenings or weekends)

Monitor caregiver performance and provide real-time coaching or support

Maintain accurate documentation of client visits, caregiver updates, and incident reports

Communicate regularly with the office team to update on client status and field issues

Assist with training and mentoring new caregivers in the field

Qualifications:

Prior experience in home care, healthcare, or caregiving supervision required

CHHA license

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Must be organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible availability, including the ability to respond to last-minute needs
