Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of work experience in Accounting or Public Accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA a plus
- Experience with a large-scale ERP system
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent accounting background and knowledge of accounting compliance, in particular around month-end closing, general ledger maintenance, and financial analysis
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels across the organization with a team mentality
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframe
- COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
