Job Description

• Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with LA-based planning team to understand their business objectives, supply chain processes, and specific requirements for implementing Oracle Supply Planning Cloud.
  • Interview additional supply chain teams to gain a broader understanding of the supply planning requirements and constraints.
  • Documents and visualizes various business processes using Microsoft Word and Visio
• Solution Design:
  • Based on the gathered requirements, participate in the solution design to ensure the business requirements are met.
  • Works with IT and software consultants to translate business and design requirements into technical requirements.
  • Assist with setting planning parameters, configuring workflows, identifying custom requirements.
  • Support the migration of data from current Excel files into Oracle Supply Planning Cloud. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process.
• Testing and Validation:
  • Build test cases for Pilot Testing and UAT.
  • Assist business team with thorough testing of the configured system to ensure it aligns with the defined requirements and functions as expected. Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in functionality.
  • Manages open issue list and drives issue to completion in a timely manner.
• Training and Documentation:
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to effectively utilize the Oracle Supply Planning Cloud system.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for system configuration, processes, and user guidelines, including Day in the Life documents and monthly activity calendar
• Project and Task Management
  • Assist Project Manager with development and management of project plan
  • Ensure project stays on track and on time
  • Manage Go-Live Cutover Checklist

Qualifications

• BS/BA required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Management.
• 8-9+ years of Supply Chain planning or related experience
• Experience using Oracle Supply Planning Cloud required
• 2+ full Oracle implementation cycles preferred
• Knowledge of project management software and methodologies
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
• Proven success in a fast paced, results oriented and continually changing environment
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft office programs.

Pay Rate: $100,000. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
