    Part-Time Caller for Real Estate Leads We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time caller for real estate leads. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to leads who have inquired about properties, engage with them professionally, and gather relevant information about their property needs. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to leads who have expressed interest in properties. • Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner. • Gather and record accurate information about clients' property preferences and requirements. • Provide basic information about available properties and schedule appointments for property viewings. • Follow up with leads to maintain ongoing communication and build rapport. Qualifications: • Must be local to Albuquerque, New Mexico. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred. • Ability to work independently and efficiently. • Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM software usage. Compensation: $31,200
