Blumark Financial Advisors is looking for a goal-oriented individual to join our Financial Planning team. We are a boutique firm offering holistic solutions to assist our clients in attaining their long-term financial goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build, maintain, and update financial plans using MoneyGuide Pro
• Follow up with new clients to ensure planning process goes smoothly and in a timely manner
• Sitting and participating in client meetings
• Help advisors build out financial planning scenarios in MoneyGuide Pro
• Troubleshoot issues and broken links with MoneyGuide Pro and provide solutions
• Assist in the new client onboarding process
• Creating financial plan deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or related area; or equivalent experience
• Experience with MoneyGuide Pro and Wealth Studios preferred
• Financial certifications such as a CFP; BFA, ChFP, etc. would be considered an advantage
• Strong skills with MS Office Suite, Salesforce or similar CRM software will be mandatory
• Demonstrable organizational skills and the ability to multi-task is required
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Coachable, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for servicing clients and helping them reach their financial goals
