Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Support Representative to join our FIN team. In this role, you will contact our customers and new sales leads to close service subscriptions and renewals. Your responsibilities will include tracking sales history, building rapport with new and existing customers, anticipating their needs, and negotiating renewals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service-oriented phone and written communication skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with FIN's existing and potential customers
Learn to explain how the FIN GPS tracking service works and how it benefits dealerships and consumers
Foster meaningful relationships with Powersports dealerships to encourage trust and loyalty
Follow-up on cold and warm leads to maintain existing business and increase new sales success rates
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to meet and exceed designated sales targets
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer and/or sales support
Spanish fluency a huge plus, but not required
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
