    CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

    As a part of FINSYNC’s executive team, the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be tasked with the success and execution of all marketing strategies utilizing internal teams, third-party vendors, and the sales and marketing teams of partner banks and credit unions, while maintaining open lines of communication with FINSYNC’s finance and product teams to ensure proper alignment with all stakeholders.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    • Implement and manage all marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
    • Maintain buyer and partner personas as the product expands.
    • Develop and implement external communications plans from ideation through distribution using social media, press releases, publications, PPC, SEO and newsletters.
    • Audit and maintain marketing systems including CRM, analytics packages, communications tools and more.
    • Maintain a competitive framework and ensure FINSYNC is best-positioned in the market.
    • Recruit and expand the internal marketing team.
    • Maintain detailed, real-time sales funnel analysis across FINSYNC’s multiple entry points, and provide regular reports.

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Able to synthesize complex requirements from multiple stakeholders into concise, actionable initiatives.
    • A communications dynamo fluent in product development, finance, sales and compliance mentalities.
    • A developer of people with a willingness to mentor talent.

    • Subject matter expertise in Fintech, SaaS and the US banking system.
    • Gravitas and ability to meaningfully engage with internal and external leaders and board members.
    • A measure and iterate approach to problem-solving.

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving space.

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    • 10+ years in marketing.
    • 5+ years in marketing leadership (CMO, VP of Marketing, or similar).
    • High proficiency in statistics and data management.
    • Legal to work in the United States.
    • Available to travel 10-20% of the time.
    • MBA in Business, Marketing, or Administration is preferred.

    BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

    • Significant experience as a marketing leader within a financial institution.
    • Significant experience as a marketing leader for a software company serving financial institutions.
    • Hubspot marketing stack expertise.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $115,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
