Part Time Controller

RESPONSIBLE FOR: All Accounting Operations and Related Management Functions

DEPARTMENT: Finance

REPORTS TO: Owner

SUMMARY

This leadership position requires a collaborative cordial spirit, good listening, and a love of creating effective systems with efficient reporting protocols. The Controller works cross-functionally primarily with the owner and lead team members in the sales, production, project management, and drafting teams. This position provides a high level of support, direction and service to the entire workings of our organization, from owner to team members to vendors, as well as to our clients. The Controller will hire and manage positions identified by their systems building work.

The Controller has excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strongly team-orientated management style, analytic and problem-solving skills. Working in person at our office in Galesburg is required.
