SUMMARY: 

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE EXTENSIVE GOVERNMENT GUARANTEED LENDING EXPERIENCE.

 JOB FUNCTIONS: 

• Process daily transactional activity on SBA, USDA, and 504 Loans
• Process incoming wires
• Receive daily research and maintenance requests and perform the necessary analysis and system input
• Respond to client inquiries around loan balance, rate information, loan statement questions, disbursements, payoffs, and payment inquiries
• Review and process invoices
• Pre-Booking and Booking of new loans
• Ensure accurate and timely operations of the Bank’s loan process
• Must complete all required training, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering training, suitable to their position within the bank.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Small Business Administration industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
• Must work in a team environment and be adaptable to change.
• Work in Greenville, SC office.
• Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software applications (SBA ETran, FISERV, and Navigator-prefer 3 years experience).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
