Summary:
The SBA Post-Closing Coordinator is responsible for phases 2 and 3 of the 3 Phase Review and the verification of executed loan documents that pertain to SBA, USDA, and Conventional loans in the First Bank of the Lake portfolio. This includes a thorough review and completion of a related checklist for all loans to ensure compliance and adherence to USDA/SBA SOP and First Bank of the Lake policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The review must identify any documents and/or closing exceptions and work with the Loan Closers and/or attorneys to obtain completion of those exceptions. Knowledge of commercial lending and USDA/SBA lending processes is required to assist in the clearing/verifying of executed closing documents. The SBA Post-Closing Coordinator may also serve as a support role for loan reviews, loan modification, and audits, external and internal.
The ideal candidate must have extensive Government Guaranteed Lending experience and be able to work in the Greenville, SC office.
