About the Role:

UFC GYM Largo is looking for a passionate and driven Fitness Manager to lead our team and inspire members to reach their peak performance. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily fitness floor operations and ensure an exceptional member experience

Recruit, train, and manage a team of personal trainers and fitness staff

Drive personal training sales, revenue goals, and membership retention

Develop and implement fitness programs aligned with UFC GYM standards

Conduct fitness assessments, consultations, and goal-setting sessions with members

Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations

Ensure gym equipment is maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in fitness management or a related leadership role

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)

Proven track record in personal training sales and revenue generation

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

CPR/AED certification required

Passion for fitness, martial arts, and the UFC GYM brand

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
