    Fitness Manager – Personal Training Department- Flash Fitness-Medford, MA

    As Fitness Manager, you’ll lead the Personal Training department, drive revenue, develop trainers, and create an exceptional experience for our members — with real support from ownership and management.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    • Hiring, onboarding, and developing Personal Trainers • Leading consultations and converting members into PT clients • Coaching trainers on session quality, results, and professionalism • Tracking PT revenue, productivity, and retention • Overseeing SGT scheduling and quality (as an added revenue stream) • Partnering with the GM on promotions, challenges, and retention • Maintaining high standards on the training floor and in member experience

    Requirements

    • Nationally recognized PT certification • 1–3 years of personal training experience • Leadership or mentoring experience preferred • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
