PAUL DAVIS IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A JOB COST ACCOUNTANT, (JCA), IN YOUR AREA. AT PAUL DAVIS, WE HELP HOMEOWNERS PUT THEIR LIVES TOGETHER AFTER A TRAUMATIC EVENT. THE JOB COST ACCOUNTANT WORKS WITH OWNERS AND THE OFFICE STAFF TO ENSURE THAT ALL JOBS ARE COSTED PROPERLY, ACCURATELY, AND FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES FOR THE JOB COST ACCOUNTANT. THERE IS NEVER A DULL MOMENT. WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH A STRONG ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND.

• MANAGE ALL PHASES OF JOB COSTING WITHIN RMS AND QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
• PARTICIPATE IN ALL ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS OF THE OFFICE
• MAINTAIN ALL ACCOUNTING, COMPUTER AND FINANCIAL RECORDS FOR FRANCHISE IN CONJUNCTION WITH A CPA
• SUPPORT THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE FRANCHISE AS NEEDED, AND PARTICULARLY WHEN THE OWNER AND GENERAL MANAGER ARE NOT AVAILABLE
• OPERATE WITH A “START-UP” MINDSET
• IS SELF-MOTIVATED • LIKES WORKING WITH PEOPLE
• IS ORGANIZED BUT FLEXIBLE. MUST BE ABLE TO PRIORITIZE AND MANAGE TIME
