Flannel (flannelrestaurant.com) is seeking experienced Bartenders & Servers ($12hr + tips and bonus pay). 

Flannel is tucked into the East Passyunk Avenue neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. We are a comfort-inspired restaurant boasting a southern vibe and an all-inclusive staff. For us, it’s about finding that homey feel within a restaurant.

Local artwork, southern charm & northern sensibilities make you feel cozy the minute you step in. From our hand-drawn logo to our picnic table amidst grass walls & a Kentucky race track background, Flannel comes to life with a warm, rustic look. Great coffee in the morning & stick to your ribs dinners...& rib dinners. Come feel warm & fuzzy with us.

 Experience:

• 1 year of previous restaurant experience in a similar role in a high volume and upscale casual restaurant
• Strong understanding and appreciation of customer service
• Receiving + inventory (Bartender only)
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Point of sale systems + computer skills
• Staff training and motivation
