    Cisco's HR Undergraduate Program (HRUP) is now FLEX! FLEX is a program for upcoming HR talent to FIND their passion and their community; LEAD their career and work, and EXPLORE the world of potential in Cisco.

    Who You'll Work With

    This internship is the gateway into Cisco's full-time FLEX Emerging Leaders Program, crafted for early-in-career participants to engage with multiple HR focus areas. All work assignments are tied to immediate business needs identified by Cisco's People and Communities (HR) Leadership Team.

    Our interns work in various high-visibility, value-driving roles in practice areas and business partnership functions.

    Teams we've worked with include the following: Recruiting, Learning and Development, Inclusion and Collaboration, HR Operations and Data Analytics, Leadership and Team Intelligence, Client-facing HR for Engineering, Sales, Services, or Corporate Functions, Compensation, Benefits, Workforce Planning Resources, Government Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility.

    What You'll Do

    At Cisco, investing in early-in-career talent is a no-brainer. This internship is the gateway into Cisco's full-time FLEX Emerging Leaders Program, designed for early-in-career participants or recent university graduates to engage with multiple HR disciplines. All work assignments, are tied to immediate business needs identified by Cisco's People and Communities (HR) Leadership Team.

    Who You Are

    • Including but not limited to an upcoming graduate of a certification program from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College or 4-Year University.

    • Proven leadership skills, the ability to inspire change, and a knowledge of HR proficiencies

    • Love dealing with ambiguity, thinking strategically, communicating with executive-level partners, and have a real passion for building a career in HR

    • Willing to relocate to our Cisco's headquarters in San Jose, CA for the summer internship

    • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship
