About the Role:

Join B&S PROFESSIONAL CLEANING INC as a Floor Care Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and longevity of our clients' flooring. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing various types of flooring.

Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure optimal floor care.

Inspect and maintain floor care equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of floor care equipment for special events.

Communicate with clients to address any concerns related to floor care services.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Document and report any maintenance or repair needs for flooring.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning is a plus.

Knowledge of various floor types and appropriate cleaning methods.

Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers and scrubbers.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must be able to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
