FLOWER CO. is looking for Long Haul Drivers to join our team! Are you a dedicated, reliable, hard working team player, looking for a FUN company to work for? This job starts at 1:00AM Wednesday, where freight is moved from one company van and into another. Then you will drive to LA area and San Diego area for delivery and pick ups. A hotel is provided to rest before returning. Then you will do this same route 1:00AM on Friday morning. If you would like to work 3 days on then 4 days off, this is for you. This is a non DOT position. Our vans do not require a commercial license. So Bring your Class A or B, and join into the largest growing industry in the country now. Our drivers are expected to operate company vehicles safely and pursuant to product regulations. Experience and Years on the Road, will determine hourly rate. Background check and MVR is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver goods to various locations in a safe, timely manner
• Maintain consistent reliability for regularly scheduled work hours
• Adhere to safe and efficient operating procedures while meeting established schedules.
• Assist with the efficient loading and unloading of trucks
• Pre and post-check vehicle to ensure safe transportation, reporting any malfunctions
• Communicate with supervision to receive instructions, report delays or safety hazards, and report accidents/infractions/citations/tickets involving the driver or Company equipment.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the vehicle
• Maintain an acceptable driving record

WHO YOU ARE

• Must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid Class A license
• Must pass background and MVR checks
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• 2+ years of driving shifts longer than 6 hours
• 5+ years of safe and competent driving.
• 3+ years of without a loss history
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers effectively.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel frequently
• Ability to operate large vehicles for extended periods of time
